Little Scribbles III

Laced Umbrella for poem

Laced Umbrella

Hovering down in the hollow

Covered in a blanket of leaves,

A beautiful laced umbrella

Holds me from autumns  breeze.

It’s spokes stretch up to the sky

Dressed in the colors of fall,

I want to stay under this laced umbrella

And never leave at all…

 What I Said 4

What I Said

What I said and

what you heard

is not the same.

But what I said

I didn’t mean

so who’s to blame?
