Clueless

Clueless

You know what I really
wanted you to do?
I wanted you to look
for the hidden clue,
I wanted you to search
until your were blue,
Until you saw
That the clue was in you

~

I saw you in there hiding –
You see that’s why I stayed,
And I even took part
In those silly games
that you played,
But in the end I suppose,
I really always knew
That you would never realize
that the clue
was in you.

I am retired and live on the East coast of Florida where I spend much of my time reading, playing with photography and trying to write some "poetry and then some" at dianneebejer.wordpress.com. I care deeply about many things and wish there was much more love and compassion in this world today.
